Main topic: calling function from libnotesws.dylib

On Windows I use functions from nnotesws.dll: NEMGetCurrentSubprogramWindow
The same function is available on the Mac in libnotesws.dylib but I'm not able to call the function. I get a "External function not found".
Is it possible to call this function?
